OK you all will have until Saturday to PM me contracts and any missing players you have on your team. I will not accept ratings changes anymore, unless someone is rating like a 10 and he should be a 90 don't bother telling me. I spent a good hour adjusting players(albeit mostly offensive players) ratings and I think the league is where it should be. You also all need to remember that just because Peyton Manning went 22-20 or whatever it's heavily based on play calling and formation set up. I don't know what the CPU defaulted it to on play calling but if you suck as a coach with playcalling it'll show.
In regards to contracts, I'm going to talk it over with Spencer and Play further but I think I'm going to allow teams up to 11 players they can change based off of this.

Incremental increases and incentives have NOT been implemented in the game. So what I will do is either take the base salary (if available) or make a "judgement" call on what a player should be making. So if his base salary is 8,000,000 for 6 years he will be making 8,000,000 each year. Hopefully incremental increases will be something added to the game in a future update.
The thing I'm most concerned about right now is missing players and players on wrong teams.
So far I've adjusted guys like, Brett Favre, Larry Johnson, Chris Chambers, Pierre Garcon, Braylon Edwards, Gaines Adams. I'm sure I've missed a ton more so please PM me with the subject "Your Team Name Changes" and tell me players you are either missing or on the wrong team and any contracts you want to change.
